Sleeping Arrangements

Another way which will help you is by raising the height of your bed. By raising the height of the bed the nasal passage is not obstructed and one can sleep peacefully. You  should  also sleep on your side.

 

Another is to make use of  eucalyptus leaves on the pillow. Also rub some olbas oil on the pillow cover. This will help you to clear your nasal passage and won't obstruct the normal airflow.
